I walked into the common rooms, a little relieved that no one was there. Why was I relieved? Well, to be honest... I was blue. Not blue as in, I was feeling a little under the weather, but actually blue. Like, it was a prank -- I couldn't wait to see Malfoys face when I told him that his potion in class today made my skin go blue. I was just about at the dormitory, when I heard someone behind me.

When I walked into the common room I noticed a blue haired girl heading for the dormitaries. Wait, no, her skin was blue too! I had a feeing it had something to do with Rose and Rayne's skivving snackboxes.
"Hey kid" I called to her. It was Rayne!
I couldn't stop myself, I burst out laughing. "I'm blue da ba dee da ba dy a ba dee da ba dy da ba dee da ba dy." I managed to sing through my laughter.

I whisked out my wand and flickered my wrist. I smiled cheekily as my jinx turned James' skin green. I laughed at his face when he looked down at himself. "Mwah ha ha!" I laughed theatrically. "Now who's laughing?" I snickered at him. I knew I was in for it now. Nobody ever pranked James without getting serious pay back.

I looked at my green arms. She was in for it now. I was going to get her. She was going to pay.
"Okay, if you want to play it that way" I grinned. I could see she was expecting something back. I walked up to her and patted her back. "Nice one Rayne, guess you win"

I was a little confused by his backing down. I checked if he had put anything on my back, and he hadn't. "Okay..." I said, confused, stepping away from him. My wand was at the ready in case he tried to pull anything. "What are you planning?" I asked, suspiciously.

"Me?" I pretended to be shocked. "Planning something?Never"
I gave her a cheeky grin and turned myself normal again. Green wasn't my colour.

"You should have kept the green," I sighed, disappointedly. "All those girls chasing after you would have loved it, I'm sure," I couldn't help but be a little jealous. Not that it showed. James had so many girls falling at his feet -- it was ridiculous.

"Are you one of those girls?" I asked raising an eyebrow. I knew she wasn't, but it was fun to wind her up. "Cause if you are, I may go back to green"

"James Potter," I said in a scolding tone, "Are you flirting with me?" I asked, trying to wind him up.

I grinned, walking over to her.
"You like it though, Rayne Kedward" I was still grinning. "You know, blue suits you"

"Oh, James, James James," I shook my head. "flattery gets you nowhere," I smiled up at him. But he was right, I did like it. "I'll see you at tomorrows game," I grinned. The talent scouts would be there. And with that I backed up the stairs and retired to my dormitory. I'd turn myself back to a normal colour tomorrow.
*THE NEXT DAY*
I headed down to the Quidditch pitch earlier than everyone else. I liked changing into my team uniform before everyone else showed up.

"Normal again?" I came into the changing room where Rayne was alreading wearing her robes. "Shame, blue really did suit you"
I waas tempted to get her back for yesterday, but I thought better of it. The scouts were here today, she needed her conssontration. If anyone deserved this scholarship, it was her.

"You ready to give me my payback yet?" I raised an eyebrow, throwing him his uniform. I didn't want to pull anything or distract him from playing his best today. "You still thinking you might go back to green for those girls chasing you?" I asked, smiling widely.

"It's tempting" I grinned, ignoring her first question. "Thought maybe pink might suit me better though"
I sarted putting my robes on.

I drew my wand, grinning. "That can be arranged," I said cheekily, "If you like," I added. I realised he was going to have to get changed. I knew the whole team got changed in the one room, and it never really mattered, but for some reason it was different with James. I left the changing room and waited outside.
